Birth Doula Services

$1700/ 2 Prenatal Visits, in-person labor support, up to 2 hour of support post birth, 1 postpartum visit within two weeks of baby’s arrival earth side, unlimited 24/7 phone/text/e-mails starting at 38 weeks to support and guide you throughout pregnancy and early labor. Call/text/email available 9am-8 pm for non-urgent needs prior to 38 weeks.

Postpartum Doula Services

Together, we will meet for two personalized prenatal visits. I strongly encourage your partner to join us for these! These visits may be in your home or the location of your choosing. During these sessions, we will discuss your birth preferences, address any questions, go through different positions, and create a birth plan that reflects your desires. I provide a safe space to discuss your choices and concerns without judgment. I will also provide education on the birthing process and comfort measures to help you feel empowered and prepared.

Birth Planning & Guidance Session

$200/1.5 hour session

Preparing for the arrival of your little one is an exciting journey, and having a well-thought-out birth plan can enhance your experience. As your dedicated doula, I specialize in providing comprehensive support, guidance, and education to help you navigate the process of creating a personalized birth plan that aligns with your values and preferences. I will help you understand how to adapt your plan as needed, ensuring you feel supported regardless of how your birth unfolds.

Unlimited call/text/email 9am-8pm M-F for non-urgent needs.

During active labor, and delivery, I will be by your side to offer continuous support. Whether you choose to give birth at home, in a birthing center, or at a hospital, my role is to provide physical comfort measures, emotional reassurance, and advocacy for your birth plan. I will help you stay focused and calm, ensuring that you feel supported in every way, every step of the way.

After the birth of your baby, I will meet with you for your postpartum visit. This session allows us to reflect on your birthing experience, address any questions, and discuss the early days of parenthood. I can also provide resources and support as you adjust to life with your sweet baby.

What I Offer:

Breastfeeding Support: Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, or exploring combination feeding, I offer direction to help you establish a feeding routine that works for you and your baby.

Emotional Support: Transitioning to parenthood can be overwhelming. I provide a listening ear, reassurance, and encouragement, helping you navigate the emotional ups and downs of postpartum life.

Customized Care Plans: Every family's needs are unique. I work with you to create a personalized support plan that aligns with your values, needs, and preferences.

Overnight Doula Care $65/hour (8 hour minimum)

Infant Care: I assist with newborn care, including diapering, bathing, and soothing. Sweet babe likes to be held? I will comfort precious baby and pat their bottom so you and your partner can get a relaxing shower hot meal or much needed nap. My intent is to help you feel more confident in your parenting skills while allowing you time to rest and recover. I’m here to rock babies or entertain siblings.

Household Assistance: I can help with light household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and organization, allowing you to focus on your recovery and bonding with your little one. I can walk the dog or whip up dinner. Dishes, laundry catch up, grocery pick-up or a sibling adventure, I’m your Doula!

Welcoming a new baby into your family is an incredible journey, filled with joy, challenges, and adjustments. As a trained postpartum doula, my mission is to support you during this transformative time. My services are designed to empower and aid new parents, provide essential resources, and create a nurturing environment for both you and your baby.

Sibling Support: If you have older children, I can help them adjust to their new role as a sibling, providing them with attention and activities to ease the transition for everyone. Having a new baby shouldn't be a stressful time for big sis or big bro. They deserve special attention to adjust to the newest family member!

Daytime Doula Care $45/hour 6am-6pm (4 hour minimum)
